Will the Honda Unicorn Dazzler evolve like the upcoming Verza 150 for Indonesia?

The Honda Unicorn which was the Japanese bigwig’s first independent product in India has earned a lot of appreciation for its traits. The 150cc motorcycle is the first Indian bike to boast a mono suspension at the rear and is praised for its silky smooth engine, comfortable ride position and a strong build quality. The 150cc segment is now flooded with a plethora of models but if you need a motorcycle which offers a consistent mileage and silent performance, you know where to put your money. Honda found it difficult to keep the Unicorn in pace with the rivals which brought in new and funky features to the segment. So Honda decided to pull off the gadget game by launching the CB Unicorn Dazzler but the new looks and extra equipment didn’t really put Honda on the forefront of the premium 150cc segment. Just as we were thinking what went wrong with the Dazzler, we stumbled upon these spy pictures of what is going to be Dazzler’s counterpart in Indonesia. The guys at TMCblog.com managed to get their hands on this 150cc Honda motorcycle which is launching soon in Indonesia, going by the shooting of the promos. The bike which is most likely to be called as the Honda Verza 150 has few design cues seen on the Dazzler, especially the headlamp assembly, however it manages to look better with a different tank extensions and tail piece. The bike is engineered with cost in mind as suggested by the traditional springs at the rear instead of mono suspension and the old school fuel filler cap. We can’t help but wonder whether the Honda Verza 150 would form the base for the relaunched Unicorn Dazzler if at all HMSI (Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India) decides to do one in the future.
