More good news for 250cc segment patrons. You could be having another newcomer in the segment in the form of Suzuki Inazuma 250. Bike India reports that according to their source close to the development, the Inazuma 250cc small sports bike is set to be launched in India by mid-2013. It is also reported that the Suzuki dealers across India were informed about the new product. Called as the GW250 in the international markets, the naked bike is powered by a 248cc parallel twin motor that pumps out 26PS. The power is harnessed by a six speed transmission. The smooth engine delivers a fuel economy of around 30-35 kmpl which is quite good for a motorcycle of its class. And yes good mileage always is a welcome feature in the sub-continent! The naked street bike adopts a conservative styling yet manages to look muscular. The sharp tank extensions, three spoke alloy wheels and meaty rubbers make it look faster than it actually is. Suzuki is expected to assemble the bike at their Gurgaon plant to make it more affordable. The estimated price is likely to be in the Rs. 1.5 – 2.0 lakhs category. With KTM Duke dominating the segment with its affordable package, Suzuki need to get the pricing  spot on! [Source: Bikeindia.in ]
